- Use headphones and close background apps on mobile to reduce echo and throttling.
Failure Ladder
Do not improvise under load. Follow the downgrade order.
- Step 1: host stays on director, guests drop to low.
- Step 2: open the crunched fallback link.
- Step 3: use the shared control token to recommend reset.
- Step 4: if the room is still unstable, switch the worst device to audio-only from the smart launcher.
