Overview

This release keeps the portal and agent aligned on the same weekly rhythm while tightening failure handling for outbound email.

Agent release

Bump the agent package version to 1.0.1-beta.2.

Mark leads as failed when their delivery bounces.
Alert the operator with the bounced address so the bad contact does not stay in rotation.
